Hello, My partner divorced from her ex 6 years ago. Divorce payments were calculated based on his then very low salary and have been paid on that basis until today. We just found out that he got a different much better paid job almost immediately after the divorce but kept it secret. Wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar and what are the chances of getting the current payments modified, as well as what can happen retroactively concerning his dishonesty? He was repeatedly asked if he had changed jobs, but denied it. Grateful for any feedback, and above all if this is worth pursuing. Canton of Bern.
