Anyone else anotice that Gemini is absooutely Atrocious these days for even simple tasks? For example, I ask Gemini what Bulb my car has as its high beam Light. It tells me H7. Its not H7, I let it know its not H7, and it tells me Sorry that it wasted my time and money on a wasted purchase, to return the bulbs and get H11 because thats what it is. You’d never guess, but it wasnt an H11 either. I know I can look in the book, or my car manual, but you would Think something as sinple as that would be borderline infallible. Another example, Im trying to download a bunch of mods(about 65), and I dont want to manually click each button. Gemini offers to make me a python script that batch downloads them for me to a folder. Youd never believe it, but ofc it didnt work. I gave it the output log, it “explained”, and fixed it, to which it didnt work again. After copying and pasting the output log about 13 times and getting the same results, I realized that Gemini has less Intelligence than my unborn children and its not even good for telling you the color of the grass outside. Am I using gemini wrong? Because its how ive always used it, and over the last year, I would say its functionality and capabilities have degrqded considerably in just about every real use application. submitted by /u/hotboxuzi
