I’m in my late 20s, and I would say I’m a bit surprised by the number of men my age who are getting various cosmetic procedures. I would say the two most common types are removal of acne scars and hair transplants. I have a couple of friends whose hairline has… noticeably changed. Like, it is a totally different, lower hairline. Nobody has said anything about it. Also there appears to be a new treatment for acne scarring… a friend was telling me it’s a couple of treatments where the acne scars are sort of lazared off. He was super swollen a few times but now it’s made a noticeable difference. He looks great! None of this a negative, because the people who have had work done look great! Is this just… something about being in your late 20s, and sort of having the funds fix what bothers you appearance wise? Has this always been an age where men sort of get a bunch of cosmetic procedures? submitted by /u/No_Key8587
