Hello, my current company is undergoing heavy restructuring and they’re firing the current manager overseeing my work. I believe the company will still continue for at least a few months and either provide a new director that doesn’t align well with the company or liquidate the company. The current director will leave soon while I will stay for at least some other months. Is there anything like a “intermediate” work certificate I should ask for before he leaves? Does anyone have a similar experience? What would be the format like? After my employment with the company ends should I “append” the final end of employment certificate when applying to other companies or can i choose which one to use?
