So it all started when this bakery recently opened by my house this summer and decided to go in on a random day, thats when I met this absolute gorgeous girl who took my order, never had a girl ever have an effect on me in my 24 years of life like or at least in a longtime since elementary or middle school. i kept going just because of her, eventually we got to know each other talking about school, the type of work I do…etc. She knew my order, my name. so it all started well. I was talking to a girl at that time but meeting this girl quickly made me realize she wasn’t the one. I had to end things with her and didnt want to waste her time. One day i went with one of my friends, i knew they’d get along well, they have the same passions and she knew about my crush on her, we talked to her and held for a while from the job duties mainly both of them talking. I asked her if she wanted to be friends on instagram, she agreed and gave me her instagram , my friend also exchanged instagram with her. couple days went by , she accepted my friends and never did for mine and I withdrew the request after a couple days. I had a trip the following weeks so didn’t get to think about it much… when I came back , I went back one last time and saw as I entered one of the workers went up to her and whispered something to her, I’m not sure but I felt like she was avoiding me. My friend told me she was very religious. its been a couple of weeks since i went and do not plan on ever going. but its been hard to move on, never a girl has captivated like that. the beauty , the voice and her whole being. just unexpected like that. and I‘m someone who has been with truly gorgeous women before. I’m contemplating going back to see if theres still a chance but my pride wouldn’t let me. After that , Ive been on dates but none of the girls captivated me like her, this girl raised the bar really high and I don’t think ill ever meet a girl like that. I’m kinda lost on what to do, because I don’t think a rejection ever hurt like this before. Usually when I get rejected it’s easy for me to move on But this one stung hard. submitted by /u/BenefitZestyclose558
