Three agents, three features in an iOS app, and all of them needed new strings in the same Localizable.xcstrings. Each one read the file, added its keys, wrote the whole thing back. Whoever saved last wiped the others. No errors anywhere. Each agent’s build had every key it added itself, so from its side all was fine. The catalog validator was green too, turned out its regex was broken on its own. I only found it because the main session re-ran the tests itself instead of trusting each “tests pass”. Now if a batch touches one shared file, one agent owns it and the others hand it their keys. Do you lock it, give it an owner, or just run those in sequence? submitted by /u/Ok-Motor-9812
