Hey Claude coders, I’m looking for advices from devs who are part of dev team and work with Claude code. How do you solve the problem of knowledge sharing between every team members’ Claude? I mean all skills that are continusly improving at each devs, such as code base related, review skill etc By time passes, each devs Claude skills become unique - all have important findings that would be great that regularly could be shared along other Claudes between the team.
