We’ve been close to the increase in logs required for a while, but with 7+ rewards on the Raids 4 drop table as well as KC capes that have historically been included in Raids collection logs, the total uniques in the collection log will likely eclipse 1723, which is the tipping point where 1550 is the new required clog count for the Gilded Collection Log.
