i am 5’ 8" (173cm for my euros) tall and have problem with my shoe size. all my life I was wearing an 8 (42) till a year ago when I started working out. now all 8s feel huge and need to down size to 7 (41) I simply cannot accept it. Everyone around me is taller and wears a 9 to 11. I dread going to a house gathering and getting my shoes of next to the others. I need new shoes but been refusing to leave my old 42 vans which feel big now and have to tie all the time. I even had guys in our group telling me to wear bulkier shoes to look bigger because women observe such things.
