Hi everyone, I’m looking for advice on how to recover €507 owed to me by the Spanish ticket resale platform Rebel Tickets. On 3 June 2026, I sold two Bad Bunny concert tickets through Rebel Tickets for a total of €507. I provided my Swiss IBAN during the sale, but the payment never arrived. I contacted customer support several times (23 June, 1 July, 9 July and 29 July). Rebel initially told me that the payment had supposedly been issued on 9 June, but I never received it. After further communication, their support acknowledged that there had been a problem with the bank transfer. At their request, I then provided a second Swiss IBAN, but I still haven’t received any money. I’ve since contacted their support team and finance department and CEO via email and WhatsApp multiple times. I also sent a formal payment demand, attached the sale confirmation and screenshots of our conversations, and gave them deadlines to resolve the issue. The company has still not paid me or provided a satisfactory solution. I live in Switzerland (Canton of Bern), while the company is based in Spain. I have kept the sale confirmation, chat logs, emails and other relevant evidence. I would really appreciate advice on the following: Has anyone successfully recovered money from Rebel Tickets or dealt with a similar situation? What is the most cost-effective legal route for a Swiss resident to claim €507 from a Spanish company? Could the Spanish procedimiento monitorio (payment order procedure) be an option in my case? Are there any free consumer advice services or organisations in Switzerland or Spain that could help? Would it make sense to send a formal letter by registered post before starting legal proceedings? I’m trying to resolve this without spending more on legal fees than the amount I’m owed. Any practical advice, relevant experience or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! submitted by /u/hammron2000
