“API Error: Claude’s response exceeded the 32000 output token maximum. To configure this behavior, set the CLAUDE_CODE_MAX_OUTPUT_TOKENS environment variable” Never run into an issue with Claude code and all of a sudden getting constant API Errors today. Chats keep churning trying to do complex tasks ending up with above error after some time. Haven’t seen much online about it on X other than the news from Anthropic about the LLM attacks. Not sure if this is related. I’m not doing anything different than I was doing last week. I’m on the 20x Max plan as well. High reasoning.
