Hi, I got a penalty fee on the train today for buying the ticket 4 mins too late. I am walking on crutches after a recent surgery to remove a cancerous tumour. I explained that I always buy in advance but this time I was walking from the bus and if I stopped to free my hands to buy the ticket, I would lose the train. But they still gave me the fine. I just lost my job due to recent cancer diagnosis and 90CHF of penalty is really a lot for me now… Is there anything at all I can do? submitted by /u/stonesandstreams
