i was wondering what you guys do to stop your work boots from stinking? my boyfriend works 12 hr shifts and hes on his feet all day in steel toes. hes smell blind, but im not. his boots have started to smell like what i can best describe as frito fungus. with sprinkles. i love him to death.everytime he comes home, he scrubs his feet in the tub. he has tried to put baking soda in them after i started mentioning the smell filled the whole room. the baking soda just gets caked on there. how do i dry his boots out and/or clean them? should i just buy him new ones? if so what kind of steel toe boots are best? he complains about the ones he has now being very uncomfortable anyway. his birthday is in a couple weeks. id like to help him and my nose be more comfortable. any tips would help :) submitted by /u/jea329
