I cloned a repo that had a coworker’s project-level Claude configuration, agents, etc. I am quite fastidious about maintaining my Claude configuration, and since this came from a coworker, I ran /doctor. The repo is for a warehouse inventory management program. Fresh session. Opus 5.5 1M on CC 2.1.309 in Windows Terminal. First message: /doctor Safeguards intervened for “bio”. This was already insane considering it’s a built-in Claude slash command. Then I tried on Sonnet, same thing. I filed a bug report from the CLI. FYI: Our company works on business management software. I/we have never done anything to do with medical, healthcare, or biological science, even in the context of software development. I can’t understand how sending the single word “doctor” would get a safeguard rejection, much less the Claude checkup slash command “/doctor”. submitted by /u/amerikiwi-traveller
