Sort of a selfish question as I’m wondering as a woman. I’m 18f, was raised mostly by my dad and hung out with my brother so I tend to gravitate towards activities and spaces that are male dominated. I have 2 female best friends and then some not very close friends, but other than that, honestly no one ever really stuck as I always feel like I don’t fit in or find other women. I’ve had male friends and always enjoyed their company but unfortunately they wanted it to become sexual/romantic. I have very limited life experience here as I don’t really feel much romantic attraction towards anyone , at least for now, and no one ever really talked to me about this stuff. A lot of guys tell me men and women cannot be friends, and then I have people tell me male and female friendships are exactly like female and female friendships. I feel like those are both really oversimplifying/generalizing dudes? Idk. If this is a dumbass take then feel free to let me know. Just curious, thanks. submitted by /u/Former-Condition4082
