I’m thinking of getting an erotic advent calendar for my boyfriend and I, and would appreciate your thoughts on it. So my boyfriend and I have quite a good intimate life. We’re not necessarily kinky but we like to try out new things. But like really mild. Think handcuffs maybe some ropes and eye mask. The last few days I was looking for Christmas presents and I stumbled across an advent calendar. I immediately thought it’d be a fun idea. It contains some toys, massage oils, gels, bed games and some mild, fun objects, like the ones we had already tried. I must say though, that most of the toys are for “her”use. Theres one toy supposed to be for him, and then a few that are showed as “couple”. I don’t know exactly how. So, on one hand I think it can be such a fun way to spice things up and keep it interesting. On the other hand I’m not sure if it’s at all interesting for him since most of the items are more woman-focused…and we also don’t live in the same city. We get to see each other only on the weekends…so we’d have to open a week worth of doors all at once. Which I still think can be so fun and create a sense of build up but might also ruin the idea of an adventure calendar. I guess my question is: what are your thoughts? For the men who have a kind of long distance relationship, is it still worth it? Especially since the idea behind an advent calendar is to open one door every day…I don’t know if it makes sense.
