I just moved to an awesome apartment, only problem is i have an old hag who lives under me. She will bang on the ceiling for any reason and its annoying af. Im tired of tip toeing in my own home. Ive already reported her 3 times to management. What did you do in this situation. Also in my last apartment i was on the bottom and i never hit the ceiling despite upstairs being loud at times.
