I was sitting in cox bank with expensive gear on. Random asks me to join their trio. Say sure. In the lobby they say I need to join WDR to play with them. Add on discord, they sent me a link to join WDR. Here’s the thing tho. I’m already a member of WDR. They had a fake discord populated by bots that looked like the real thing. Anyways they’re like, the discord bot will pm you with instructions to join. The instructions included downloading a zip file. That’s where I stopped and called them out. Avoided the scam.
