I used to spend my day solving problems. Now I spend it writing prompts, watching a loading spinner, and waiting for AI to serve me code I’ll have to heavily rewrite anyway. The dopamine rush of cracking a hard bug is gone. Replaced by “okay, let’s see what imaginary APIs it invented this time.” Still keeping the tool, but man, this vibe coding loop is so tedious sometimes. submitted by /u/Fatless_Jason
