Trigger warning discussion about misscarage. So my man and I very much want a family and I misscarried our first child earlier this year and am now in my second pregnancy which is going much much better. However my man is my biggest supporter and helper though this time. The thing is we didn’t have the time to properly grieve our first child. Right after we had some things happen with my parents which led us to needing to go no contact and he bought us a house and we moved and had some family get togethers. And it’s been a crazy few months. I’m just worried that with this pregnancy that my anxiety is very high and he’s constantly like at peace with me being pregnant again and with how well it’s going and I’m over here like I’m not bleeding again right? That pain was cus the baby kicked not me loosing this baby too right… and he’s so chill and reminds me I can feel the baby move now and I’m not swelling like I did before or in pain like before. And we have seen the baby this time! And we find out if it’s a boy or girl and I can actually eat without puking and keep stuff down so it’s ok… I’m just wondering if you guys had any rainbow babies and how the adjustment was for you? Also side note if you’re a blind parent any tips for adaptive parenting are appreciated. submitted by /u/Creative-paintbrush
