Trying to make positive health changes as I age. Drank a lot of caffiene younger for work and school. Now I feel like it’s too much or hurting my energy/sleep. Those that used to drink a lot of caffeine (in coffee or energy drinks etc), how did your health, energy, sleep etc change (for better or worst) when you gave it up?
