Today while working on some projects Claude started to hallucinate badly on different tasks like saying that something is currently running even tho it isnt. When doing changes deleting extra stuff and then itself needing to revert changes and similar. Do you noticed same? Running Opus 5.5 High, kept on high whole time from the first day of 5.5 submitted by /u/Wellmybad
