I’m having an issue logging in to the app on my Samsung Tablet. The app worked fine previously, but stopped working roughly 2 weeks ago. When I log in, after the authenticator, it shows error code 1403. Looking in to this it makes reference to using VPN and clearing cache. I don’t use a VPN, and I’ve cleared cache. I’ve tried uninstalling, resetting, different WiFi connections, but no luck. I’ve tried using suggestions found on Reddit but also no luck.
