I am trying to stomp this out now, it’s infuriating, a README.txt in every task, then RULES.txt everywhere (often contradicting), everything is weeks stale. I’m stomping this out by ruthlessly implementing “no files without consumer” , but am curious is this “normal”? Even with that rule the agents just want to write something somewhere, I had to do 20 iterations of a workflow to have a worker leave one line only in learnings.txt and severely restrict its ability to write. It lives in a scratchpad which is then discarded. TLDR: PROCESS DELIVERY VERIFICATION EVIDENCE.txt everywhere , proliferating without clear recipient. submitted by /u/LiquidZebra
