In Healthcare, it can help summarize patient notes, support diagnosis and save time on paperwork. Its not just about cool ideas, its actually people work faster and make better decisions. I’ve built a significant WordPress plugin. It’s a course management system for sports clubs, complete with online card payment using Stripe.
It has automated over 95% of the management effort in our club, and has successfully processed hundreds of registrations, tens of thousands of euros, and zero errors. I call that a win. Now other clubs are interested in buying it.
This was obviously not a one-shot prompt, but the result of careful preparation with use cases, test data, all the typical software project management. Just using Claude instead of a coder.
