If I could choose between a dog or a man in my life, I would of course choose a man. The point is that I don’t want anything to get in between a relationship with my hypothetical boyfriend. So I feel I need to choose, because I’ve read a lot of comments on reddit that say how men wouldn’t date a girl with a dog - is that really true? You see, I’ve now reached a point when I’m tired of planning for a future that might not happen. I’m 32 now, attractive but quite tall (1.82m), which might scare off some guys. And when we add a dominant dog on top of that - will this make make me more or less attractive? Let me be specific: A White Swiss Sheperd. Yes, they require a lot of work, but again, I’m tired of being alone and I want a rock in my life - a dog can certainly be that for me. So what do you think I should do? Get a dog or not? I really want to find a guy who’s my type, but I’m also tired of waiting and being alone. submitted by /u/Acceptable_Ad7676
