I am 25(M), and life feels pointless since last year. It used to be easy to be motivated and work relentlessly towards my goals. Now it feels impossible as I constantly find myself asking - what is the point? I don’t have many friends and I think I am suffering from loneliness too. I used to feel like if I work hard, build a better body and achieve better things in life, it will become better. I have a great career in my opinion. I work at a big bank, doing a masters from UK’s top 3 university alongside my work and have done fairly well in other parts of life except love life. I do want a family and I am nowhere even near finding a girlfriend. So at some point, the Arrival’s fallacy had to fall and I now feel what’s the point? Not sure if this would be categorised as mid-life crisis, but anyone in similar position, how did you go forward in life? As I feel totally hopeless for first time in life. submitted by /u/champac
