Ok, just to let you know, I did build the thing but I am not promoting. just sharing how it’s implemented to use used with other agent harnesses and without any traffic to Anthropic’s relay with a signed-in Claude account. So, the official “claude in chrome” extension has nice features like working on tabs in the background. I am also able to see claude’s cursor moving without it using my actual cursor. How is it different from the official one? Same tools and the same background tabs, but: - no Claude account and no Anthropic relay, it all runs on localhost - works with any agent, not just Claude - I choose which sites it can open, instead of Anthropic’s URL-category check (that’s why reddit works) The tradeoff is that my own list is the only safety check.
