I’m 26M, and missing the days I’d wake up with a boner, or get hard for nothing. Don’t get me wrong, it still happens sometimes, but not often enough, and as I transition back into the dating scene - I want it ready to go. A little about me - 79KG and 6ft. I work out 6x a week. I snack a lot, but in a decent deficit for the most part and I hit my protein. Used to run quite a bit toward the end of last year. Now I just play basketball every now and then, but I do get my 8-12k steps in daily. I’m conscious of the fact that I can get hard during masturbation, but I’m also aware of the fact that it doesn’t always get hard when I want it to, in a needed moment and such. Thinking to try Dr Kegel app, but want to know if anybody else has overcome this. I watch no porn at all, but do masturbate generally, and I’m cutting down now, trying to get to just 1x a week or so.
