Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice regarding an issue I’m having with my iPhone 17 and Digitec. My iPhone 17 has a charging problem. When I plug it in using a cable, it either stops charging or charges extremely slowly. For example, it can take more than 15 minutes just to gain 1% of battery. Since the phone is still under warranty, I sent it to Digitec’s service centre for repair. They returned the phone stating that it had been repaired and was fully functional. However, as soon as I started using it again, I realised that absolutely nothing had changed. The phone still has exactly the same charging issue. I contacted Digitec customer support, hoping they would help me find a proper solution. Unfortunately, their only response was that I should open a new support case and send the phone back to them again. Honestly, I’m quite frustrated with this situation. I already sent the phone in for repair, they claimed it was fixed, but the original problem remains. Now I’m expected to repeat the entire process without any guarantee that anything will actually be done. My questions are: Has anyone experienced a similar situation with Digitec or another retailer in Switzerland? Is there any consumer protection organisation in Switzerland that could help me with this situation? Do I have any rights or options beyond repeatedly sending the phone back for repair? Is there a way to escalate this issue or make Digitec take some responsibility and provide an actual solution? I’d really appreciate any advice, especially from people who have dealt with similar warranty issues in Switzerland. Thanks in advance! submitted by /u/National-Marzipan371
