Eight AI controllers have to get a helicopter ready, but it only has two seats. Delivering fuel helps everyone. Keeping a boarding pass helps you. Passes can be stolen, and the engine can be jammed. I built this in Godot using Qwen3, SmolLM3, LFM2.5, Phi3.5, Qwen3.5, Qev and Mapika, with two sizes of Qwen3 making eight entrants. Each gets structured game state and a legal action menu; the engine handles movement after the model chooses. They load one at a time on one Mac, with the simulation slowed to 0.20x wall-clock speed. The video replays the recorded actions at normal speed. I ran three rounds, changing starting positions and then supply locations. Request order affects opportunities, so I would not use these results to rank model intelligence. Would you reward supply deliveries too, or keep personal escape as the only score?
