This just in, an insider at Anthropic has revealed Claude Opus 5.6 about to drop, reportedly it scores a 61 on the AA index, 90% on SWE, and 81% on RiemannBench, and costs 20% cheaper still. It is reported to be “the greatest model” of all time, according to the insider. Claude Opus 5.6 is also designed to be less pedantic, more human like, and rolling out with Opus 5.6 will be a bankable reset as well as a usage limit increase. Opus 5.6 is explicitly a response to Gemini 4 Carbon. ALSO, in addition to Opus 5.6 comes Mythos 5.5, however as standard with the “ethical PBC” company, Fable 5.5 will take a while to come out, so it’s basically just Opus 5.6 for now.
