It is about knowing that even if you know a lot and you are getting info from someone who only knows a little, that there is always a little more to learn. So taking the time to listen to a newbie or someone you might think is a newbie, doesn’t mean that there is nothing to learn from them. And anyone who thinks differently likely will end up in the middle or back of the pack.
