Since Opus 5.5 came out, most PRs at our company are written by Claude Code agents. In June we opened 42 to 75 PRs a week, and in the last week of October 694 (241 of them mine, sorry reviewers). Every one of those runs CI, and GitHub’s runners couldn’t keep up: 2 CPUs per job, and the Team plan stops at 60 jobs at once. So we moved CI to one rented server with GARM, which gives every job a fresh VM.
