Most AI posts are about prompts. Mine is about delegation. I use Muse, Meta’s personal AI agent, as an operations layer for my actual life, and the difference is authority plus follow-through. It manages my inbox across life areas and drafts replies in my voice for approval. It checks two calendars before anything gets scheduled. Right now it is running my move across town: movers, two buildings with different loading dock rules, utility start and stop dates, lease deadlines. It keeps billing and insurance disputes moving in writing, with dated asks and escalation steps, and drives them to a written decision instead of letting them die in a portal. It maintains a dashboard of everything open in my life that clears what I have handled and only brings things back with a reason. It schedules my podcast clips, tracks my dog’s medication course, and runs a pipeline of product testing panels that has already turned feedback into credits and claims. The change is not working less. It is that the 40 open loops I used to carry in my head now live in a system that verifies before it reports and only interrupts me for decisions that are actually mine. I told Meta’s team directly it changed my life for the better. Happy to answer questions about what it handles, what I still keep human, and where it messes up. submitted by /u/ZealousidealDepth213
