With how quickly Codex and Claude are burning through usage limits, I’m trying to find an open-source models, despite i know they’re not as good as Opus or Astra models. I’ve got an RTX 5090, Ryzen 9 9950X, and 96GB RAM. Can this setup handle Qwen3.8-27B for complex projects, Unity, Blender, and agentic workflows? Any recommendations for other models (Gemma/GLM) that would run well on this hardware and come close to Claude or Codex? submitted by /u/No_Department_4114
