This morning at 11:00 a.m. ET, Vint Cerf and Paul Mockapetris (who designed DNS in 1983) are discussing whether DNS has another job: helping AI agents find and work with each other. My own question is about the person behind the agent. Who controls whether an agent can be found, and can its person move it, the way a phone number moves between carriers?
