I was speaking to support AI last night, and when so insisted that I wasn’t getting nearly the usage from my Ultra plan as I did the Max 20x plan, it kept repeating “The Ultra plan hasn’t changed, it’s still 10x the amount of usage as the Pro plan”. When I asked if the Pro plan has changed the AI would give non-answers, but did admit that it could have, while maintaining that that wouldn’t change the Max/Ultra plans. How is this not an unfair business practice? How is this even legal? Under this system, Anthropic could nerf the Pro plan down to one token, and still say the Max/Ultra plans haven’t changed. I’m not trying to fud, but this seems really really sketchy, if true. submitted by /u/Responsible_Force862
