Hi team, The more I understand about AI, the wider the gap becomes between myself and many colleagues in my consulting team, I feel like the work that I do does not become easier. It becomes drastically more complex instead. Now, I handle the business logic / subject matter part PLUS the AI part. While it shows great results that even brought me the attention of our C-suite and my agentic “morning brief” or my Knowledge Base markdowns etc. are incredible, the work actually got so much harder.
