I am a senior and big AI enthusiast, and right now I am looking to setup an open-source software factory to use as a boilerplate for my team. Because we are based in Europe, the data security and the strict EU compliance (GDPR) are the number one priority for us. I would love to have some honest reviews about their security posture, if it is easy to self-host, and if they really align well with the EU data sovereignty requirements.
