Hi everyone, I’m the maker of Roomora Studio (roomora.studio). I built it for one job: making empty listings look lived-in without misrepresenting the property. How it works Upload a photo of an empty room, pick the room type and one of six styles (Modern, Scandinavian, Luxury, Mid-century, Coastal, Industrial). About 30 seconds later you get two furnished versions as high-resolution JPEGs. You can also type a request in plain words, like “put a reading chair by the window”. What I did about the usual complaints with AI staging The room stays the room. Every result is checked against your original photo. If the AI moves a window, changes the floor or alters a wall, it’s rendered again automatically. You never pay for a broken image. Disclosure is built in. Every image carries a “Virtually Staged” label burned into the photo, as many MLSs and portals require. Keep the original photo in the listing too; more and more MLSs ask for both. Honest limits: AI can still get scale slightly wrong or drop a small fixture now and then. Always compare with the original before you post. Scale and light direction are what I’m improving next. Pricing, per listing Your first 2 photos are free. No card needed. Pay as you go: $15 for 20 photos, about $7.50 for a 10-photo listing. Plans from $19/month for 40 photos, under $5 for a 10-photo listing. Trying another style on a photo you’ve already staged costs half a photo. I’d really value feedback from people who list homes for a living. What would make you trust it on a real listing? What’s missing?
