I have made some really subjectively impressive websites with older models, opus 4.8, even 4.5 With 5.5 I can not for the life of me NOT generate AI slop websites. It doesn’t seem to matter what instructions I give it, what frameworks etc I ask it to use, it always comes out with AI slop: • Extremely cluttered and crammed dashboards • Running writing / hideous font usage • CARD CITY BABY, CARDS INSIDE OF CARDS, CARDS FOR YOUR CARDS CARDS • Extremely poor color choices • Bad layouts and half the time not even responsive Why is this happening? I’ve never had this much trouble before… I’m not looking for “skill issue” comments, I’m genuinely curios what I’m doing wrong. I’ve revised my prompts, given it mock images from GPT of things I do like, and it still struggles. I’ve tried different thinking levels, including Ultracode + Max and that actually seems to give the worst results, it’s exhausting!
