Hi I’m currently developing a football game, and I’ve started running into a pretty frustrating problem: finding good assets. I’ve already explored most of the free or affordable animation resources available online. It’s pretty much the same story with 3D player models. Eventually, you keep coming across the same animations and models, with very limited customization options. So I’ve been wondering whether Claude Code could help me take things further. For example: Could it help create football animations based on video references? Can it generate Blender scripts or tools to make creating and modifying 3D models easier? Could it automate parts of the rigging, animation, or character integration process in a game engine? Could I use it to build my own animation production tools instead of constantly relying on assets found online? I’m not necessarily expecting Claude to generate a complete 3D player or fully finished animation by itself. I’m more interested in using its coding capabilities to improve and automate parts of the development pipeline. I’d also love some advice from people who regularly use Claude Code. How do you manage your usage to avoid burning through your limits and tokens too quickly? Any best practices? Prompt organization, context files, breaking tasks into smaller pieces, code management, etc. I’d especially appreciate feedback from indie game developers, Blender users, and people working with 3D animation.
