Hey everyone! I am currently doing a big redesign of my application. I have a setup with a small team of agents in Firetower with:

  • an orchestrator
  • a designer
  • an engineer
  • a QA They work as you would expect; in a nutshell, the designer handed off an Artifact containing the new redesign, the prototype with all components, etc. The Engineer has to implement everything. The QA has to evaluate whether it has been implemented properly. However, after the 3rd pass of QA, I still see some discrepancies in the application compared to the planned prototype in the artifact. I feel there are two main problems:
  • the QA is not able to find all paths to explore and to compare (sometimes he forgets some important user paths)
  • the QA is not able to assert properly that the new app is 100% like the prototype : some fonts, some colors, and some small details vary. How would you guys tackle this to make sure your loop is 100% effective, and you don’t have to go back and forth 20 times with these agents? submitted by /u/kevinpiac
