I do volunteer work with nonprofits setting up their accounting systems. A lot of what I do is repetitive. I always send an email from a template which asks for three things. I always follow up with secondary questionnaires I always ask the client to make certain A/B decisions based on some of the answers. Should I create a generic setup project and then one project for each client? Or, is there something else? Note that I am not asking for a tool.
