I have just generated a full feature nextjs app revamping the old php based html pages (backend still remains the same) for my enterprise company - It’s functioning and passes the automated tests, all generated by Claude with slight help from myself - basically vibe code with some feedback loops It was a 2 months project end to end but I have finished it in 2 weeks. I have 2 questions: It has generated like 100,000 lines of of code, if I get it reviewed by the human developers it is going to take another 4 weeks to review because of the volume of the code, so that means it will roughly take about the same time it would have taken without vibe coding - so how do you guys approach it in your jobs? Should we skip the review part, what are the risks associated if the app is functioning well already Are you reviewing Claudia’s code at your jobs? And how do you feel about the hit on speed you get because of this? Is it not better just to ship the code as far as the end to end tests are passing? submitted by /u/GraphicalBamboola

I would just… I would not vibe code. At all. 100,000(!!!) lines of code lmao. God knows what’s in those lines.

How many LOC was the old PHP app?
