32M and feeling really burnt out lately. Still trying to find a partner, lots of work stress, getting older and just life in general is lifing and it’s slowly getting at me. Lifting weights used to excite me, but I’ve been doing it for so long, I lost the passion for it and just lift now as more as a routine than anything. Started training combat sports and that helps a bit. Have solo cross country trip planned in a few months, but for now I’m feeling burnt out and I don’t know what to do.
