Hi all, I was asked to help someone edit a pdf that’s extremely long. the task is very simple i just don’t want to spend 2 hours doing something that seems like AI could get it done faster. Basically it’s a pdf of instructions but the instructions constantly say things like “ look back at step 3” or “do the same thing as stop 5” so when you’re deep in the document you need to scroll back to access the information. I was asked to just take a screenshot or copy the instructions (which sometimes are computer screenshots themselves) and paste them everywhere they are mentioned. how would i get AI to do this simple task!
