I’d like to go for a hike this weekend, I live in Bern so somewhere around the Thun area would be ideal. Obviously there are loads of beautiful mountains, but my main concern is that with all the snow a lot of the routes will be inaccessible. So, does anyone know any good hikes in this area (ideally longer/higher up ones with a good view) that are still possible with the snow? E.g. would going up Stockhorn be possible or am I being stupid? I would also be open to snow-shoeing if that’s a good idea.
