We needed to do fertility treatments to get pregnant and with that comes steps and uncertainty. My wife wanted to wait to have sex until she knew the IVF worked. But when she did get pregnant she changed her mind and said she doesnt want to have sex while pregnant because she thinks it weird that the baby will be there. And now she is 9 months pregnant and she said she wants to wait until our son is sleep trained and at least 2 months old before we have sex. So in total that will be 13 months with no sex and no head or oral or anything. She is not interested in sex at all. I understand and respect her decisions but how does anyone cope with this. Mind you before this we were the couple that had sex 2-3 times a week. She has a low sex drive while i have a very high sex drive. She doesnt really like me jerking off but doesnt mind it if i really need to. I miss her body and the intimacy and feel like im going nuts over here. What is something that i can do to cope?
